Collection: Investor Subscription Agreement and Questionnaires

The subscription agreement is a promise by a company to sell a certain number of shares of equity interests in the company at a certain price and a promise by the subscriber to buy the shares at that price.  An investor questionnaire is a document used to obtain information relating to whether or not you are an accredited investor as defined in Securities and Exchange Regulation D as well as your knowledge and experience in financial and business matters and to assess your ability to bear the economic risks of an investment in a company.
